Returns Policy

Change of Mind: Customers must return items within 7 days of delivery in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for returning the sofa. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your sofa is defective or damaged, we will organise a replacement lounge or piece at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately to arrange this.

Refunds will typically be processed within four weeks of receiving the returned item. This time period includes transit time, inspection, and bank processing time, though in many cases refunds may be completed more quickly.

Shipping

We deliver only to addresses between the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and Gold Coast. Delivery outside these areas is not available.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping method. Shipping date estimates may appear during checkout.

Please note that shipping rates may be based on weight. All weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram to reflect the shipping provider's policies.
