Pre Sale Questions
Q: “Do your products come with warranty?”

Yes all products come with 1 month manufacturer’s warranty.

Q "What materials are your sofas made from?"

Our sofas are made with high-quality fabrics and premium foam for durability and comfort.

Q: “Do you guys offer a refund or exchange?”

Refund requests are taken into consideration on a cas by case basis. If you are looking for a refund please reach out to us at info@vibesofas.com.au

Q: "Do you provide assembly or installation?"

All sofas arrive ready to use, with minimal assembly required.

On some models a drill may be required to secure the legs to the sofa.

If assistance is needed with this our courier may be able to offer this service for an extra fee.

Q: "What is your delivery timeframe?"

Most orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on location.

Q: "Can I customize fabric or color options?"

Yes, many of our lounges come in a range of fabrics and colors to suit your style. We can also do special orders also. Lead time on special orders can be slightly longer. Ask in store and we will be able to assist and show all the custom colours and fabrics available.
