Returns Policy

At Vibe Sofas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• A 50% cancellation and restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Returns that are not in saleable condition may be refused.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

Shipping

Vibe Sofas currently delivers between the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast only. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the items ordered.

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery timeframes once your order is ready for delivery.
